In most cases the client is innocent, but it may be necessary to build a strong case against them in order to obtain the best outcome for their client. The accused person then turns over evidence that will be used by the prosecution to prove their guilt, and this evidence is referred to as evidence. Once the evidence has been collected from the scene of the incident, the defense lawyer will review it to see whether the evidence supports their client's version of the events that have led up to their arrest. If the evidence shows that the client is indeed guilty, then the client will receive a full hearing with their legal representative.
